Refund policy
BĒ UNTITLED RETURN POLICY (BY LA PETITE V)
Please note that shipping and/or customer fees for the returned products are the customer’s responsibility.
Returning goods purchased from BĒ UNTITLED’s online shop is possible if the following conditions are met:
The goods are returned within 14 days after delivery.
The goods are unused and undamaged.
The goods are returned in their original packaging, including labels, accessories, and associated documents.
BĒ UNTITLED reserves the right to refuse refunds if the returned goods are deemed used or damaged due to reasons other than those attributable to BĒ UNTITLED or its delivery supplier. The burden of proof lies with the customer.
In no way can import duties be refunded, as they are determined and collected by the customs agency in the destination country.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Goods must be returned to BĒ UNTITLED in perfect condition, accompanied by the return form.
All items must be in exactly the same condition as received, including tags and attached seals.
Shoes may only be tried on a carpeted surface until you decide to keep them.
Please ensure that the shoebox is placed inside another solid carton box to prevent damage during transit.
Please return goods through the Website’s return service (provided by customer service centre) to ensure they are protected and insured during transit. However, you may return the goods by any secure transport. When using the Website’s return service, you will be refunded in the event of theft or loss during delivery to our warehouse.
When using BĒ UNTITLED’s return service, refunds will be provided in the event of theft or loss during transit to our warehouse.
RETURN FEES
A return fee will be deducted from your refund as follows:
- Belgium: €15
- The Netherlands: €20
- Rest of EU: €30
- Outside of EU (within Europe): €50
- Asia / Australia / New Zealand: €70
- Rest of the world: €60
RETURN PROCESS
Notify our customer service team via email at info@be-untitled.com regarding your return request.
You will receive return instructions and a return document via email.
Clearly state the full description and reference of the goods, along with the reason for return on the return document.
Attach the order confirmation received via email and the return document inside the package.
Send the goods to the return address provided.
The return label provided will be charged and the cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
Non-stamped shipments or COD shipments will be refused.
Once your returned goods have been received and approved, you will receive an email confirmation.
If your return is approved, your order will be refunded accordingly.
RETURN ADDRESS
The return address will be provided in the return instructions sent via email.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method used for the purchase.
If BĒ UNTITLED does not receive written proof of return, the refund will be issued within 14 days from the reception of the returned goods.
If no bank account details are provided, a store credit voucher will be issued, valid for 6 months and redeemable via the BĒ UNTITLED online shop.
If a bank account number is provided, the refund will be processed within 14 working days after receiving the returned goods.
COMPLAINTS & DISPUTES
Complaints or disputes must be submitted in writing within 14 days after delivery.
If a complaint is considered justified, BĒ UNTITLED’s liability is limited to the replacement of goods and cannot exceed the actual amount paid for the order.
