II. Order Policy

A. Rights to Refuse

La Petite V reserves the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel any order placed in bad faith.

B. Prices

All prices are listed in euros, exclusive of taxes and delivery fees. Errors in pricing may lead to order adjustments or cancellations.

C. Payment

Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Maestro. Payments are debited at the time of order placement.

D. Delivery and Shipment

  1. Deliveries are subject to stock availability.

  2. Orders are dispatched Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  3. Delivery costs vary by destination:

    • Belgium: €5

    • Rest of EU: €10

    • Rest of the World: €20

  4. Duties and taxes for non-EU shipments are the responsibility of the recipient.

E. Returns

  1. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the goods are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  2. Notify customerservice@be-untitled.com to initiate a return.

  3. Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

F. Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days, subject to stock availability.

G. Receiving a Refund

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit.

H. Complaints or Disputes

Complaints must be submitted in writing within 14 days of delivery. La Petite V's liability is limited to the replacement or refund of the affected goods.
