A = Chest -Garment is measured across the chest, 2.5cm below the armpit.

B = Hem - Garment is measured across the bottom hem.

C = Front Length - Garment is measured from top of the shoulder seam to the bottom hem.

D = Sleeve (With Shoulder) - Garment is measured from the top of the shoulder seam to the end of the sleeve cuff.
